Mr. Abejuela has been an Independent
Director of the Company from November
1999 to June 2008. He was re-elected in
June 2009 and is currently the Chairman of
the Audit Committee of the Company.
He also serves as Director of Philippine
Nutrifoods Corporation and NCP Publishing
Corporation.
Mr Abejuela holds a Degree in Bachelor
of Science in Chemical Engineering (Cum
Laude) from De La Salle University and
Master's Degree in Business Management
- General Management Curriculum from
Asian Institute of Management.
