Mr. Ramon J. Abejuela has been an Independent Director of the Company from November 1999 to June 2008. He was re-elected in June 2009 and is currently the Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Company. He is also an Independent Director of Keppel Philippines Holdings, Inc. since September 2017 and Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation since August 2022. He also serves as Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Philippine Nutri-Foods Corporation and NCP Publishing Inc. since 2004. He was also an independent director of Seatrium Philippines Marine, Inc. from year 2020 to 2022.
Mr. Abejuela holds a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (Cum Laude) from De La Salle University and Master's Degree in Business Management - General Management Curriculum from Asian Institute of Management.
Mr. Abejuela has over 40 years of experience in the field of financial planning, control and consultancy.
